Meteorological information is retained for a period of at least 30 days from the date of issue. This relates to the information itself and not the request time of the user.
SERVICE_CONSUMPTION_CONSTRAINT
The use of this FlightDataManagement service implies the use of the FlightDataDistribution DSNA Service to get the output Flight Plan Data.
If the service consumer also consumes other DSNA services, this Service shall be consumed simultaneously with the other DSNA SWIM Services that are part of the contractual agreement between the service consumer and DSNA service provider.

Service consumers are not allowed to impose undue loads on computer and network resources, for example, by polling at a higher frequency than the data is normally provided.
Only the latest/currently valid MET reports are available using the WS_LIGHT interface. For the AMQP interface, new reports are continuously published when available. Historical data is not retrievable.
To consume the services, the Data Consumer must be authorised and have approved access. The service ensures that service consumption is permitted if and only if authorisation is successful, in accordance with EUROCONTROL Specification for SWIM Technical Infrastructure (TI) Yellow Profile requirement SWIM-TIYP-0070.
The authentication requires all users to sign the requests using an X.509 certificate.
