Within the given constraints the user can customize the service to individual needs if applicable. DWD provides the service delivery from begin to the end of the subscription. If no start time is given, the subscription will be processed immediately. If no end time is given the subscription will be processed infinitely or up to the time when the service reaches the lifecycle status 'retired'.
The service may support the possibility to indicate a price for a data set or a data set series.
Billing functions should be handled by another service. It is not the intention of the service to support billing functions.
