Valid requests to the API will either return a 204 - NO CONTENT response or a 301 - MOVED PERMANENTLY redirect. Redirected responses have a Location header which will include a pre-signed URL to the downloadable zip file which is stored in AWS S3. This response is cached and will be available for 36 hours after the request. Once elapsed, the pre-signed S3 URL will return a 403 - FORBIDDEN meaning that the request has expired.
Users can request timesteps up to 36 hours in the past. Requests made to an timestep outside of this range will return 400 - BAD REQUEST for an invalid datetime parameter.
