This NM B2B Service supports submission of a what-if type of request to the EUROCONTROL Network Manager to ascertain the acceptability/validity and possible ATM impact of a potential flight plan or the effects of a change being considered, without either creating a flight plan or changing the intended filed flight plan.The service is provided by the EUROCONTROL Network Manager (NM), with the geographical extent of the IFPZ, and is in operations since April 2021. The service is part of the NM B2B FF-ICE Services group.The service allows to evaluate a flight plan before submission or to evaluate potential changes to a filed flight plan.This service is targeted for airspace users and any other organisations involved in flight planning activities, and is provided in accordance with the ICAO FF-ICE/R1 specifications.
