1 General operational need

CCS SimulationManagement Service covers the need of a CCS Customer Technical User to start/restart the CCS Platform (or part of it) and manage test/simulation sessions.
The CCS Customer Technical User can be the test team using the testing environment (i.e. the CCS provider system in a test mission).

The CCS Platform can be started/restarted in different ways by the CCS Customer Technical User. He can:
- Start/restart the whole CCS Platform,
- restart reset only the SFPLFDPS data component,
- restart the AMQP broker in order to purge all the queues.

Note: the operations of this Service are available only when the CCS Platform is running in TRAINING state.
