According to the start mode provided as input, the start/restart affects
- the whole CCS Platform: it implies the restart of the CCS Gateway, and all the applications on all the supervisable nodes of Coflight system; all databases are reset. The AMQP broker is not restarted, but started if previously not working.
- only the SFPL data: it implies the suppression of SFPL data only, leaving the other data unchanged. Note that this mode should be used with caution, as it may cause inconsistencies. Indeed, as CCS does not send any notification when data are suppressed, only the user that asked the data to be suppressed will know about it. Other subscribed users are not notified.
- only the AMQP broker: all AMQP queues are purged (all enqueued messages are dequeued, while topics are not affected by this action), the AMQP broker itself is not restarted.
