CCS limitation

For information, following these modifications of ARES environment data Coflight computes the intersection between flight trajectories and ARES volumes in order to propose a TSA avoidance route for the concerned SFPLs. Then this avoidance route can be inserted manually in the route by the operator. However this behaviour (SFPL update) and this FDM operation are not implemented in CCS (according to PJ16 FDM and FDD definitions).
