For a given ATSUSectorConfiguration, the publication message contains the description of the Current Sector Mapping or the Next Sector Mapping. The subscription filter allows to determine which one(s) of these two should be published. If the User subscribed to both, Current and Next Sector Mapping will be published in two different messages.
