If the request is successful, the system shall notify the receiving ATSU that a CPDLC start request can be initiated:
- If the transferring and receiving ATSUs belong to the same system instance, next authority notification consists of updating the CPDLC trigger indicator of the concerned SFPL of the next ATSU. Then the updated SFPL is published using the FlightDataDistributionSubscriber Service Interface.
- If the receiving ATSU is an external only OLDI capable ATSU, next authority notification is done through OLDI NAN message (when the system receives a NAN OLDI message, it shall set the CPDLC trigger indicator of the receiving ATSU).
