If the request is successful, the following transition and control sector data are updated:
- the coordinationStatus of the skipped responsibility is set to COMMUNICATION_SKIPPED, except if the upstream or downstream responsibility belongs to another ADSP (in this case, the coordinationStatus is not impacted by the operation),
- the transitionStatus of the skipped responsibility is set to SKIPPED, except if the upstream or downstream responsibility belongs to another ADSP (in this case, the transitionStatus is not impacted by the operation),
- the sectorState of the skipped responsibility is set to SKIPPED.
