If the request is successful, CCS performs the following updates in the SFPL:
- the coordinationStatus of the receiving responsibility is set to REQUEST_ON_FREQUENCY in the SFPL,
- the rofIndicator is set in the transferData of the relevant transition.
Then the updated SFPL is published using the FlightDataDistributionSubscriber Service Interface in order to be displayed in the Controller HMIs.
