If the request is successful, the following transition data are updated:
- the coordinationStatus of the giving responsibility is set to RELEASED,
- the coordinationStatus of the receiving responsibility is set to FREQUENCY_CHANGED (eq. assumable),
- the coordinationStatus of any responsibility that is DEASSUMED is set to HANDED_OVER.
