If the request is successful:
- If the message exchange is within the ATSU, or with another ATSU if the controlled ATSU is the one answering the proposal, the coordinationStatus of the receiving responsibility is set to HANDOVER_ACCEPTED. Otherwise, the coordinationStatus of the receiving responsibility is back to the status it had before the clearances request or hand over proposal.

Then the updated SFPL is published using the FlightDataDistributionSubscriber Service Interface in order to be displayed in the Controller HMIs.
The agreed transfer data can be retrieved in the constraint data.
