If the request is successful, the following transition data are updated:
- the delegated responsibility is added in the ControlSector list of the SFPL,
- the coordinationStatus of the giving responsibility is set to RELEASED,
- the coordinationStatus of the receiving responsibility is set to FREQUENCY_CHANGED (eq. assumable),
- the coordinationStatus of any responsibility that is DEASSUMED is set to HANDED_OVER,
- the sectorState of the delegated responsibility is set to DELEGATED.
- The transition between the delegated responsibility and the downstream is tagged as non standard.
- The transition status between the delegating and the delegated is set to DELEG.
