        "serviceAbstract": "<p><strong>Fast and efficient&nbsp;extraction of global meteorological data around the 4D trajectory through webservice</strong>.&nbsp;</p><p>The WeatherProfile service is designed to hide&nbsp;all&nbsp;the complexity of the meteorological domain: sources, format, availability...<br />&nbsp;</p><p>WeatherProfile includes:</p><p>- An <strong>extraction of meteorological parameters</strong> (Wind, Temperature, Humidity, Pressure\u2026) from multiple numerical weather models. This&nbsp;can be done&nbsp;either for each value on&nbsp;the 4D waypoints or&nbsp;on a dynamically&nbsp;user-defined corridor (buffer mode)&nbsp;around the 4D trajectory.</p><p>- An <strong>extraction of hazardous weather</strong> information&nbsp;from observation systems (convection by&nbsp;satellite, lightning detection...), OPMET (SIGMET) and numerical weather models (CAT, Icing, Convection).</p><p>- The<strong> best model feature</strong>: MetSafe platform is powered by several numerical weather models which can be global (GFS, GDPS\u2026) or limited area high resolution models&nbsp;(ICOND2, AROME, \u2026). The service automatically selects for the user&nbsp;the best data available around the location of the 4D trajectory among many weather models.&nbsp;</p><p>- A&nbsp;<strong>diagnostic mode</strong>: This feature&nbsp;provides a quick JSON&nbsp;report on the intersection of hazardous weather with the 4D trajectory.&nbsp;The report indicates under a simple yes/no form the presence of hazardous weather for each leg of the 4D trajectory.</p><p>WeatherProfile responses are provided under JSON/GeoJSON&nbsp;format.&nbsp;</p><p>This service is used operationally by fuel-efficiency solution and Air Traffic Management systems&nbsp;since 2018.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
