NowCastSat-1.0 provides near real-time detection and forecasts of convective cells over the global domain using the highest temporal and spatial resolution available from the geostationary weather satellites called METEOSAT-11, GOES-16 and -17 or HIMAWARI 8 and real-time detection and forecasts of electrical storms using VAISALA lightning detection network.<br />&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>",
